Margarito was done and i'm not even convinced Cotto would have won if it wasn't stopped due to the eye, Margarito was getting to him and you could see Cotto was looking uncomfortable. Which really good fighter has he really beaten in years? Don't say Sergio "Stephen Hawking" Martinez. He is very carefully matched apart from fighting Floyd (and lost) and wouldn't last 4 rounds with Golovkin.

I saw nothing from Golovkin that would lead me to believe that he would have an easy time with Cotto. I think Golovkin would be the favourite because of his size and power but he wouldn't have an easy work. And P4P wise I think Cotto is the better and more well rounded fighter out of the two.

But I don't think that we will see this fight ever because I think Canelo beats Cotto.
