Do Oscar and Arum realize that none of the PBC/Haymon guys WANT to go back to them?

They are all eating well on PBC under Haymon's watch. They view Haymon as a father figure.

None of these guys want anything to do with Oscar/GBP or Arum/TR and their slave contracts.

So even if Haymon "lost" the lawsuits filed against him and PBC, these fighters will remain loyal to him. Haymon is family to these guys, Oscar and Arum are just greedy, money grubbers who don't care about their well-being.

How does that benefit the fans?

Haymon has created a boxng environment where no one fights each other. Where its impossible to build stars, and where what the fans want is he last thing anyone cares About.

The way you guys **** ride this dude is ridiculus. Yes, the fufhters love Haymon, they make lots of money fighting nobodies, who gives a ****? Why would you be happy about this?

Name one other sport where this **** happens, and fans are cool about it, imagine if the NFL didn't have the playoffs or a superbowl, and instead let the top team play the worst team for a championship.

You got to be the dumbest ratchet kid on the block to think this is a good thing. Look at the PBC schedule, there is one fight in over 2 months of fights than fans actually sled for.

The rest is trash, just like yur blind love for mister black master, al Haymon.

They put in the money for the PBC as a show/production and all that. Haymon is the one that pays his guys. Haymon is loaded so that's not a problem.

            Tend to agree.

For everything said about Haymon all the fighters speak more highly of him than anyone in a power position in boxing that I've ever heard about. When guys have wanted to leave Haymon (Dirrell & Matthysse) they left with no drama unlike the typical promoter/fighter situation. Even if PBC/Haymon fails I see it as potentially a good thing cuz fighters might finally realize they don't need to necessarily be nailed down to a specific promoter if they get a manager/advisor that can get things done.

And honestly anyone above Adrien Broner in popularity should be working on a fight by fight basis with any promoter & not be signing a long term contract anyway.

                  Good post.

Part of the reason these guys are doing so well is because Haymon is willing to operate at a massive loss for the time being. Once his share of the market stabilizes and he focuses on making money, do you think the fighters will be paid more than they are bringing in then?

Boxing has been, is & will be a cluster**** circus of hilarity in comparison to the NFL & other major sports for the foreseeable future. Haymon or PBC has nothing to do with that & all they could do is keep on with the status quo like the TR's, HBO's & GBP's have done or improve things at this point which nobody has put forth much of an effort on.

You guys who think boxing was perfect pre-Haymon & Haymon messed up something good are more nutty than the guys who think Haymon is boxings messiah.
