Haha more known? More accomplishments? More skilled? Wtf has lara done? His best win is canelos leftovers. Got a gift draw against Molina (who schooled lara). What was his ratings against delvin again? A bum he shoulda ko'd but was simply happy just jabing him to a decision

And it's still somehow a lot more than what any of GGG's opponents have done.

        GGG picking on smaller guys
Couldnt they say the same thing about Canelo/Cotto?? Yet GGG is dying to get in the ring with them despite Lara beating Canelo and getting robbed a decision and odds are he would beat Cotto even more decisively.
I see now GGG fans have adopted the "but he wont get credit thooooo" excuse Floyd cheerleaders created.. GGG will get credit from credible objective fans if hes able to be the first to KO Lara who arguably should be undefeated.

Why cant he "stay busy" with Lara? Canelo/Cotto are tied up until 2016, Lemieux may opt to fight his mando which leaves GGG without a dance partner. keep licking those boots tho

Last time I checked Lara beat overrated Canelo but he was robbed. So technically Lara has better boxing skills than Canelo therefore he got a better chance against Golovkin.

Lara is risky with no real reward , what risk GGG getting a boxing lesson from a slick boxing journey man , Genady is better to keep fighting the plodders he has been fed he looks better against them keeping the fanboys happy .

Lara has a lot of good names on his resume win/lose, better names than GGG, rather than move up vs ward just to move down, why not let lara move up to 160 vs GGG since GGG is about unifying, ppl wanna see lara get KTFO, whats so wrong with the matchup, k2 proposed it to sanchez so i doubt the whole network excuse can be used if the promoter showed interest but the trainer didnt.

Whatever happened to the "most feared boxer"?
Whatever hapenned to "anybody from 154 to 168"?
Whatever anyone may think about lara' style or fan base, he's got a much better resume than ggg and would be by far the best fighter and name in ggg's resume to date, and being that the consesus is that ggg would knock lara out, can't see why he is ducking lara. Maybe they know something we don't and rather run with the tail between their legs than to face lara.

yep and whoever wins will want the matchup be in may/june.

canelo wanting may and cotto wanting june.

Really can't say much when GGG's last opponent was Munroe, Lara would be a hell of an opponent and higher profile. GGG better get cracking on this title unification stuff.
