Let's just put this fight in perspective:

Floyd fought a Manny 5-6 years removed from his prime...with a torn rotator cuff...and still had more damage done to him in the fight than he did to Manny...

The only rounds where anything of significance happened on either side were rounds 4 and 6..Manny completely dominated the rounds...

Floyd was expecting "reckless" Manny, and he got smart-boxing don't fall into Floyd's traps Manny...who wasn't what the fans expected because the media said he had to throw 800 punches from all angles to win...

I actually think Floyd's desire to fight Berto is a lack of confidence after the Manny fight and his belief that he couldn't do anything with Manny in the ring..and in a rematch...he would do even less and get hit even more with two-arms punching at him constantly...

If you spend time between fights eating anything, drinking and smoking, you are making it that much different. Hatton and Maidana hurt themselves.

Take Manny for example. He got a late call for Ledbawa but was in shape, so he didn't have to waste precious time on weight loss.
I understand the concept. Clearly. I also agree. But not all fighters live like that or train like that. Broner is another one. I know Berto is not a gym rat like Bhop and those guys. Khan on the other hand i think stays in the gym. Lets see who Floyd is gonna pick!

Floyd won this fight by the same margin he won the Cotto fight. The difference is Cotto fought and tried to win so the fight was exciting. Manny just quit. His "injury" is suspect because he kept throwing combos throughout the fight.

If you didn't think that fight deserved a rematch, you shouldn't feel this one does. Other than loving Manny and desperately clinging to the belief he can beat Floyd.
So Manny "quit" but also "kept throwing combos throughout the fight"? LOL which one is it

"Let's put this fight in perspective"

          Then does the opposite.

LOL @ so-called boxing fans taking the position of mainstream casual fans saying the fight was boring...

You expected what? Gatti v. Ward?

Floyd's boring style made him lose the fight...it didn't make the fight less interesting though...

That's the spin..instead of admitting that Floyd lost because he did nothing of significance in the fight..they just blame the fight being boring..NO, Floyd just didn't do anything so he didn't deserve to win...Floyd shouldn't get the benefit of the doubt..the burden is not solely on his opponent to create action...

Yeah Ive watched this fight 6 times in 10x slow speed at 3 fps and every single time Ive scored it for Pac

ANYONE that thinks they saw floyd win needs to watch the fight in 10x slow speed atleast a few times. You jokers need to take a good 360 minutes and see the real fight that went on there. Pac is so fast you cant see he won in normal speed.

Pacquiao might have been better off saying he was cramping again considering he threw so many right hands and with mean intentions. You just knew he was looking for excuses to secure a rematch, should have actually tried to earn it instead.

I swear Floyd and his fans are a bunch of idiots.
Because he didn't mention the "injury" at all during the fight, he never showed signs of an injury during the fight, he didn't mention an injury after the fight, and didn't mention an injury until Koncz whispered in his ear. When Koncz whispered in his ear, he was grabbing and massaging his biceps. There was also the differences Bob and Freddie had regarding when the injury occurred

The fact that people decided to even review this fight in slow-motion shows that people knew something wasn't right about this fight... something was fishy...

Compubox = sham for this fight...
Commentating from Roy Jones especially = biased
                  Scorecards = clueless

^ None of the 3 of above matched what actually happened in the ring... Take the FIomo-blinders off...

The fact that you said Cotto who got rocked in the 12th and could have possibly been stopped did as well as Manny just ends any credibility...

Manny took no where near any of the shots that Cotto took... and Cotto actually got screwed on the scorecards too..he clearly lost but he definitely won 4-5 rounds..

Manny basically was eating butterfinger cups at the end of the fight kind of like Maidana eating a cookie...

Smh @ some of these ridiculous comments FIomos make on here

When some judges deduct poits and award the aggressor and not the huger and runner like Floyd. Thats why you cant see the fight closer than it was. You actually gave Floyd rounds on running and hugging because thats exactly what he did most of the fight in 6 rounds at better in the fight.

you really should watch the fight!
I watched the fight. I didn't score anything but punches landed. We can agree to disagree on the closeness of the fight. As long as you have Floyd winning I can't really complain.
