Let's just put this fight in perspective:
Floyd fought a Manny 5-6 years removed from his prime...with a torn rotator cuff...and still had more damage done to him in the fight than he did to Manny...
The only rounds where anything of significance happened on either side were rounds 4 and 6..Manny completely dominated the rounds...
Floyd was expecting "reckless" Manny, and he got smart-boxing don't fall into Floyd's traps Manny...who wasn't what the fans expected because the media said he had to throw 800 punches from all angles to win...
I actually think Floyd's desire to fight Berto is a lack of confidence after the Manny fight and his belief that he couldn't do anything with Manny in the ring..and in a rematch...he would do even less and get hit even more with two-arms punching at him constantly...
