I thought Rigo already agreed to 126, I thought very highly of him for being willing to put himself at such a disadvantage to fight the best since he's already a tiny 122 pounder, I understand Rigo demanding a catchweight but it would take some credit away from him tbh, I think he should fight Lomachenko at 126 with a rehydration clause at 133-135 lbs, but if Lomachenko signs that contract there are no excuses in my book, of course the DCAFS would disagree, but it is what it is.

Loma called Rigo at 126, right? Rigo is 122, Loma is 126... Rigo asked for 124 catchweight with 135 rehydration clause -- which is a maximum request...
Loma should dismiss the catchweight but agree with the rehydration clause... Easy...
... and Arum would have to pay Rigo (whom he fired, right?)... (Rigo is just toying with them...)

Drop the rehydration clause and have the catch weight, or drop the catch weight and have the rehydration clause, not both. If they can do that, I think they can make the fight.
Rigondeaux in the past has said he's not moving up in weight, and he's stood firmly by that statement, so the fact he's willing to even go to 124 is saying something.
Side note:
it is funny how certain people here slam GGG but are fully behind Rigondeaux when it's the same thing. Yeah Hanz it's not that shocking people would make the comparison being that it's identical situation and only a week old.

(GGG was rather after the money, not the catch weight... it's crystal clear... GGG fights Ward at 168, no problem... The problem was the money split -- if I remember well, Ward offered GGG about $500k, some time ago...)

All this will do is get the win discredited and put an asterisk next to your world featherweight title.
