Oscar is saying "fck you Floyd, don't use my name to build up your next fight."
Oscar could very well be coming back, but his disdain for Floyd is such, that he will NOT allow Floyd to use his name even for an hour.
Then again, it could have been a fishscale moment for Oscar.

Oscar using Floyd's name does NOT mean he wants Floyd using his name.

If anyone saw that Oscar video and thought he was serious, I have a bridge to sell you. He was asked if he ever thought of coming back and he answered that 'Sure, every day!' just as most any retired fighter would answer if they were being honest. Once someone has fought as a pro in front of a cheering crowd, they always wonder if they could come back or if they never should have retired when they did. It's like being a rock star. Does anyone think Jagger needs the money? No! The Stones still perform because they can't live without the crowd and the fans and the adoration.
All Oscar did was answer the question honestly... "Yes, I think about coming back every day!" Key words being THINK ABOUT. The crack about fighting GGG, was just for shits and giggles and he probably laughs about it every time he sees that someone took him seriously.
