god all this nut riding on GGG is disgusting, the guy has never ever beat a top opponent, look at all of GGG's past opponents and see what they were before they faced him and what they became after they faced him, great fighters beat other fighters that continue to fight on big stages, GGG has fought nothin but clowns

But IMO him wanting to fight Floyd is not a big stretch.
Im a boxing fan and want all the top guys taking on the biggest challenges. I don't just hug onto one fighter like the Floyd and Pac fans do.
Anyways you can ask any boxing expert and they will agree that Floyd is not far of a stretch for him.
And Teddy Atlas...
But trust me it won't be long before I get drowned in "those are just Floyd hating bums" type comments.
In B4 "What's next, Klitschko?" and other tired arguments.Last edited by BrometheusBob.; 06-16-2015, 02:23 PM.

The problem is both GGG and Ward overvalue themselves and think they are entitled to the same benefits as the Mayweathers, Pacs and Cottos in this game.

How about GGG step up and do the impossible instead of begging established fighters for paydays?
GGG tried to fight Chavez Jr. at 168 but Stoolio wouldn't sign the contract and ran to the haymon protection agency instead.
GGG tried to fight Ward but Ward said he was not ready and HBO said that money was not there yet.
GGG has been trying to fight Froch but it looks like Froch would rather retire instead.
GGG has been trying to get the WBC MW champion to honor his obligations and accept his mandated challenger, but Cotto would rather vacate the title than fight Golovkin.
So tell us... what more is Golovkin supposed to do? Does he have to get the Russian mob to kidnap a fighter's children to get them in the ring? Everyone complains about GGG's level of opponent but no one has any solution for how he can get them into the ring. Oh yeah... he should pay them millions of dollars out of his own pocket and put himself in debt to get them in the ring and fight for free on his end. That's not very realistic is it now?
