Oscar is a mess. He spends most of his days in his house with the curtains shut taking drugs and when he's due to make a public appearance, some people from Golden Boy go to his house and find him in the dark, drinking booze out of a pan. They force him to shower and put a suit on and take him to the media, he's still completely wired and high as a kite when he gets there and says stuff like this.
