Hopefully this one gets made. I voted Sasha by stoppage, based on his solid performances following the Vlad fight, and that Wiler's chin is questionable. If Wilder couldn't KO an unfit Stiverne, he doesn't KO Povetkin.

I actually predicted Wilder would beat Stiverne. I thought he would knock Stiverne out.

I think Wilder and Povetkin could go either way, but I'm leaning toward a Povetkin KO.

Pulling shit strait out of your ass. Stiverne has never been KOd or dropped (outside of a comically early stoppage that you can youtube if you like), and Wilder went in there to outbox Stiverne not bomb him out, so how the **** did you quantify Wilders power from that fight??

I guess Wiladimir Klitschko doesnt have elite level power either, considering he couldnt KO Povetkin

I'm leaning towards Wilder by decision. He's got a significant reach advantage and if he can control range and make Povetkin pay every time he tries to close distance he should win.

I'm just not sure if he's experienced enough for that though. Povetkin and Stiverne are two different animals.

If Wilder beats Povetkin, I'll give him his due.

I don't see it happening though. Povetkin KO6

Wilder has a significant reach advantage, think he would win if he stayed responsible. This is a fight I'm looking forward to, which is very rare when it comes to the HW division. If Povetkin comes in great condition, it'll be a great fight.

Wilder's performance against Stiverne was a good one. I' not sold on him just yet though..i need to see him in there with another decent name first.

His obvious reach advantage could be a big factor...right now though, i'd go with the more experienced Povetkin.

Lol @ how overlooked Wilder is. Yes he built up his career mostly o bums (mostly Haymon's fault though...) BUT he beat convincingly that Stiverne who is imo better than anybody from Povetkin's defeated opponents. Including the good ones like Takam and Perez. Stiverne is about the same level as Povetkin for me just a whole different style. One of them is a natural born counter puncher (Stivrne) and the other one is a pressure fighter who is also a good combination puncher. Stiverne's style couldn't do much thing with Wilder, we will se if Povetkin's can do or not. I think it's a close fight to pick, but I still pick Wilder hence the range, his power and his omo underrated outboxing ability.

How do you justify Stiverne being anywhere near Povetkin ?

Remember, his best win is Arreola (twice)

Was also KO'd by a relative bum.

What makes you think Stiverne is any good? I hope the WBC belt hasn't blinded you

I can't give you a proper definition. Just this is my opinion based on eye test. His two wins over Arreola were convincing enough though... Stiverne is not the type of fighter who looks always spectacular and sharp, sometimes he take off rounds and so... but I think this is because of his style which is very dangerous. He is a sneaky counter puncher with scary power who will wait until you give him an opening and then he catch you with a sharp, fast, powerful combination. Arreola isn't the same level as Povetkin or Wilder but I think he isn't so far behind Perez or Takam... I would only write Stiverne off against Klitschko because it's a horrible style matchup for him but other than that he is dangerous to everyone in the weight class and I think Wilder beat him impressively and smart.
