and floyd is a diva, maidana bit his hand and apparently it went numb and he couldn't use it for afterwards, if he has any pain he'll let you know right away, everytime he hurts his hands he'll start shaking it "ouchy, hurt my hand, see everyone, hurt my hand", go to the corner, "guys i hurt my hand, my shoulder hurt, i got butted, i can't see"

with that said i dont think it was that bad as he was surely coming into the ring feeling very good, watching it live i thought his flurry in the 4th got flurry halfway, on rewatch it does look like some pain shot up at him when he threw the right to the body
In both fights we clearly saw on camera Bradley rolling the shyt out of his ankle/planting funny so I disagree with you there.

And agreed that Floyd is a diva. Still does not change what I said about the Castillo fight him being injured.

And again you would expect to clearly be able to see and pinpoint an injury that Pacquiao said was hurting so badly he wanted a shot that would numb his entire body. You have to look under a microscope to see a hint of any discomfort and on top of that him nor his corner say anything about it, massage it, Ice it for reasons I have no idea if it was enough of a concern in camp for him to take days off and even see a Doctor for.

If you have to bend and twist harder than necessary just so that this shoulder injury can fit all(or most) of the above arguments then you should already know what time it is dude.

There's one too many leaps in logic for me to believe any of that.

Here's a suggestion for any future shoulder injuries that need to heal quickly: hornet venom injected close to the location of pain. Certainly check to be sure that the athlete isn't highly allergic to the venom, and if he isn't, then use it to promote healing and eliminate pain. If Manny's injury had been such that he could not have lifted his arm at all, I don't think (or know from experience) if the venom would work, but seeing Manny use his arm/shoulder as he did before the fight warming up and during the fight - both before he said it was re-injured in the fight as well as after, the hornet venom (appropriate amount) should have permitted Manny to fight as he would have with an uninjured shoulder. Now, if the NSAC would not have allowed this homeopathic remedy, then obviously Manny could not have used it. But especially since Manny had injured the shoulder a couple weeks before the bout, his team would have seen just what this hornet therapy could have done for him. And believe me, it had to have been better than how things turned out having not used the hornet venom (all the excuses and complaining that we have heard and will continue to hear for the foreseeable future).

The fact that Roy knows it was an injury before stepping in the ring. Tells us Pac wasn't fighting at full strength. He really was nursing a shoulder pain throughout the fight.

To some, Pac should have postponed the fight. The thing is 5 years he has been chasing Floyd and to give Floyd an out or a excuse for this fight not to happen wasn't an option Pac is willing to take.

And besides, 3 weeks before he was diagnosed with severe rotator cuff tear, the doctor advised surgery. So if he was to under go surgery, he will have to postpone a Floyd fight for at least 1 year. I don't think boxing fans will like that much wait when it's been 5 years of struggle already. It's not like it was a 1 or 2 month postponement. Surgery was needed. It will take a year. Pac was left to manup with all the circumstances that was in front of him.

The world was watching. Tickets were sold, celebrity booked there flights. Networks from around the world have close the deals for satellite coverage. There was no one stopping this train. Pac had no choice but to manup.

Roy was disappointed coz the viewers purchased a product that they expected to be @ 100%. That is understandable.

This only shows FLoyd won against a handicapped Pac who was @ the most 50% of his capability knowing his rotator cuff injury on his right shoulder prevented pac from using his right hand effectively.. Not to mention the unprecedented 13x blood drawn in a span of 2 months. While an average olympianis tested 3x in a year pac had to be blood drawn 13x in a window of 2 months. Red flag. Nsac, confiscating his vitamins and water before the fight, when obviously there was ped testing already and cheating wont happen with usada testing in place. Pac wasnt treated right. Pac was being treated unjustly and he felt like speaking up.. I can understand were he was coming from.

But in all this drama he still showed how great he was. He handled Floyd with one hand and to many people saw him winning. That's atg material right there.
                  very well said...

it is convenient to point to pac on the fight of the century being a dud...

it is also convenient to sue pac for going on with the fight not 100%...

all convenient to the nsac and other parties that benefit to floyd not losing his 0..

as pointed out by another poster, floyd mentioned he hurt his rotator cup in castillo 1..

other fighters also revealed being hurt, one way or another....win or lose...

                  no big deal.....

for pac, pac's got to be sued...ha ha ha

With Pacquiao we have to look under a microscope for any hint of the injury. Nobody about nobody said anything in his corner, he never said anything, nobody in the fight thread saw anything and we basically just take his word for it instead of what should be in plain sight.
The hint? How about going to doctors, informing USADA about pain killers, wanting pain killer for the fight, doctors acknowledging, surgery?
