Am I crazy or is this not inconsistent with anything they've said so far? The fact that he described the shoulder as fine doesn't seem to be proof that toradol wouldn't have been useful/necessary, nor does it seem contradictory to the claim that the injury was exacerbated during the fight.

He can't say he entered the ring less than 100%, because those 2 doctors would be questioned, and they would say that Pacquiao was 100%. He's really not acting much worse than many other boxers imo. As an example, Maidana definitely did not acknowledge that Mayweather won but still got a rematch. Apparently admitting defeat is only important if you're Pacquiao. Relatively small things are being blown up into things they're not.

I do respect Sergio Martinez a great deal, but a part of me heard what he said as saying "I'm not damaged goods, please watch my next fight if/when I return." Of course I still acknowledge that he was being a good sport nonetheless.

Fight or postpone, so they just stopped to see, got the go ahead from the docs, came in the fight feeling ok, tore the bad rotater cuff in round 4, and used it very little after but still whupped yer god 7 to 5.

Mayweather is known to hang around after fights and sign autographs and speak to fans. These days his TMT brand has grown so large that he can't hang out with fans like that anymore. But when Money May was coming up, he was always very approachable and hands on with the fans.
