This is my problem with what GGG said after the fight. First off it is disrespectful to your opponent, second as a fan I don't want someone to lay down during a fight for any reason. Its dumb if true and will likely bite you in the ass eventually.

Another fighter that needs a better trainer... When the only instruction you can give your fighter in the corner is "kick his ass", then you're screwed.

I don't think for one second that GGG was just toying with him. Monroe showed heart, and lasted as long as he did.
