      No thanks Ruslan, I want 4 year old Ivan to have a dad. Matthysse vs Crawford or Postol next for a belt. Praying for Pacquiao.

          I agree, but I would also like to see Provodnikov get a win or two if a rematch were to take place.

          I think the judges scored the fight a little closer than it should have been, in my opinion.

            Provo is buggin if he wants Matthysse again after the last fight. I think Rios a better matchup for him.

            I'd like to see Matthysse / Crawford or eventually Pacquiao @ 140.

              Great fight but I'd rather Lucas went onto bigger and better things. He deserves a world title shot as much as anybody in the sport right now.

                Whats for?? The fight wasn't close, Lucas beat him bad.
                He want the rematch to try to KO him before get beaten again, or worse...

                  I would ofcourse watch it with great interest, but I'd be the same all over and it's simply put a ****** fight for Provo to take. Kudos for wanting to go back to the guy who "hit the hardest" - But not smart.

                    take an easy fight first. you want to extend your career and make money. you don't need to string together brutal fights like that.

                    the same goes for matthysse. these wars will still be there when you finish taking an easy fight, or a fight against a guy who doesn't crack like a mule with every shot.


                    matthysse was badly wobbled against ruslan. ruslan took a freaking beating throughout much of that fight, even when he was landing some himself. his face was destroyed. he was pissing blood.


                    these guys need managers whoa re going to have a long term outlook on their careers. that's why i think it's paramount for a manager / fighter relationship to begin early in the fighters' career. you need to consider the health of these guys. it will help you maximize their long term potential, anyway. they should reciprocate the good will with loyalty to you if it's made clear to them that you've got their best interests at heart.


                    managing a fighter is about more than making as much money as you can right away. you're a steward and a caretaker. you are charged with advocating for your fighter's overall wellbeing.
