    Former super lightweight champion Ruslan Provodnikov wasn't very impressed with this past Saturday's mega-fight that Floyd Mayweather won via unanimous decision over Manny Pacquiao. Provodnikov said that he knows Mayweather has a safety first style but had high hopes for a more exciting fight.

    "Before the fight I actually thought it was going to be the 'Fight of the Century' - something exciting. But afterwards it wasn't that exciting to watch. I already knew going to a fight involving Mayweather you don't expect a lot of excitement and I think any exciting moments in the fight were coming from Manny anyway.," Provodnikov explained.

    i wouldn't complain about a rematch but would rather see lucas get a more high profile fight for his next one

        I can see his point about wanting a Bradley rematch, but he should be done with Matthysse. Not even close. Bigger and better things for him.

        Provodnikov will end up getting Hatton'ed or punch-drunk like Katsidis if he keeps defending with that scary-ass face of his.

          Do not make this rematch

          Provo gonna have years taken off his actual life with another Lucas fight

          Of course most boxing fans are amongst the worst sport fans in all of sports and would wanna see it again

                I do not want to see it. I actually felt bad for Ruslan after the first fight. Taking flush shots from Lucas will shorten his career.
