Or would you hold it to your grave to remain "classy"?
I find it interesting hearing these things about camp that we were not aware of. We all remember when sparring was cancelled. Now we know why.
Again, Floyd fans got what they wanted. They got the bragging rights. Floyd made 9 figures. Relax guys
Pacquiao makes these pathetic excuses though and he gets a pass.

The story gets more and more ridiculous by the hour.
He said the doctor told him to rest his shoulder for anywhere between 30-40 days, which made him even consider seeking a postponement of the fight.
Pacquiao said he considered postponing the fight, but opted not to after the USADA approved the use of anti-inflammatory injections of drugs that were legal.
“I didn’t want to dismay the fans that it was so close with some three weeks before the fight,” said Pacquiao, who spoke in Filipino to better express his feelings. “We all talked. Freddie, even Buboy who even cried... if I can’t, we talked about it. But if it heals, if it recovers, it’s okay, let’s just not use it in training then on the night of the fight, it will be injected with the numbing agent. It’s not a steroid, but it’s legal here, for numbing. The problem is we were sabotaged.”
If this is true, Pacquiao is the definition of the word fool.
Pacquiao left Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon, returning to Los Angeles for another MRI. He said that even if his shoulder requires surgery, it would only sideline him 2 to 3 months.
Rotator cuff surgery is no joke. Usually you're in a sling for a month and a half and have to do three to four months of physical therapy.

Not to excuse the loss (he would have lost anyway - it's not like it was his killer left hand was unusable) but it does give some more context to the fight. This is the dude who basically took it on the chin when he got jobbed in the first Bradley fight, so when he talks about this injury, I'm inclined to believe him (on top of sparring being cancelled and a sparring partner confirming his shoulder got hurt).
I know people on this site get bent out of shape when fighters make excuses - but if he had a bum shoulder, is it so bad he mentions it? Does he pretend it never happened just to appear classy?
The thing regarding the vitamins and water is kinda weird too. I would like to hear more on that.

When pac was T'ing off, I can even see that he could have finished floyd right there in the 4th, but when he was about to, he suddenly bizzarely stopped his relentless attack off the ropes.
Now we know that right shoulder tore up during that flurry.
Pac mentioned that He couldn't throw a power hook or power jab after the fourth.
His right shoulder injury was aggravated when he threw a barrage of punches during the 4th round, and from then on he was nursing pain till the 12 the round.
Pac mentioned that he was only at "60%" on fight night but said he still felt like he won.
With all the stacks against him he powered through, and some experts even said he won it with one arm doing it. Now that's impressive.
The heart of a true warrior. Stand tall Manny!

If his shoulder was torn I doubt a shot would prevent pain from returning when you are throwing punches. If they knew three weeks before it was torn they should have postponed it. People feeling cheated by this fight should blame Pac who had no business being out there if he was injured. And while the 4th was by far his best round (I thought he was on the verge of stopping Floyd), he had another flurry later that wasn't very effective but he was still throwing both hands. Never did I see them working on or mentioning anything about his shoulder between rounds. Never did anyone notice Manny having an injured shoulder. Usually you can tell a one handed fighter. Something seemed wrong with Manny but I think it was Mayweathers jab and counter right that made it seem something was wrong.
Floyd was forced into a fight with a bad shoulder but he was lucky to get a gift it was the Castillo fight, Floyd had an injury I believe it was a bad shoulder going in and he couldn't function properly so he gave a rematch and was able to out box Castillo.
When Floyd was in control he did the smart thing, he postponed the Marquez fight when his rib was injured, he said its about fighting smarter not harder. Postponing the fight wouldn't have let the fans down, the tickets were not even put on sale until the last week lol, if anything it would have been better pushing it back to September.
This is Team Pacs own fault, should have just postponed it, if that injury is worse and requires surgery he will be out for a year. And Floyd will be retired.
Crazy how he stopped sparring for weeks, this was the ******est training camp ever, Pac was under prepared, had few sparring rounds, had a horrible gameplan and he was going in against a guy of Floyd Mayweather class?
I could tell Pac was hurt, because something was fishy at his strategy he looked like his goal was to get Floyd out early, and that was why he was swinging so wild, Kendell gill knew Pac was injured he is an NBA player who trains boxing and his gym mate Kenneth sims jr was a sparring partner who was let go early and told him that Pac was injured and their plan was to go for the KO early.
Team Pacquiao screwed themselves bad. This was probably the worst version of Manny Pacquiao I have ever seen since the 3rd fight with Marquez.
I told everyone don't bet on Pac, I warned them lol.
