    Floyd is all about his empire and maximizing all the income potential he can. Floyd might not be a brutal KO artist out there but he keeps the masses giving him money. Floyd knows how to promote himself. There are a multitude of people who hate him and he capitalizes on that. He may seem to be a "boring fighter" but he's not boring where it counts, and that's getting a million people to buy his PPV fight. The only way Floyd goes away if the desire to see him lose goes away.

    And as for him fighting young black fighters like Lara and Thurman, they would take an L also. Only a real old Floyd loses with the style of boxing he brings to the table. Next step for Floyd is to take over boxing promotions, because that's he's real skill.

      Another Mayweather robbery

      All time greats try to get guys out of there and all time greats usually do. That's what makes them all time greats. Floyd is not fighter! He's never been in a fight in his life. He's a top 5 all time defensive boxer but he is not in the top 30 all time greats. You have to fight to be in that group. I will never again pay for a Mayweather, dancing with the stars hugathon. $100.00 to watch somebody avoid a fight!!??? There wasn't a mark on either one of em. Just another Mayweather fraud. He's an all time great at hugging and running! at pitty pats sissy punches that couldn't break an egg and TBE at defrauding the public of money promising a fight he never intends to deliver. Mike Tyson is right! These guys are business men not killers. At least Manny tried to start a fight. It seemed he intended to get dirty. Fraud just pulled off the same bait and switch he always does. P4P King? I don't think so. Give that to a real fighter.

        He ran all night yet he landed more punches? Tell me how that works? Pacman and his trainer claimed to have the remedy for a mobile Floyd or a flat-footed stationary Floyd. Seems to me like they were full of it.

        Secondly, have you SEEN and HEARD what those boxers that stood and traded punches sound like nowadays? With the exception of probably Sugar Ray Leonard, most of these boxers' speech is poor. People complain about Floyd as a fighter. He has 26KOs for a reason. In recent history, he has stood and traded in bouts with Miguel Cotto, Marcos Maidana, and truthfully speaking, Canelo Alvarez. Mike Tyson and the rest of his ILK are clearly jealous of the money these fighters are making nowadays thanks in part to the Boom of the internet and social media. Get over it..Floyd is the Greatest Boxer of this Era

          This fight only proved who wins when two greats are in their upper 30's and looking to walk away from the sport ****** rich and relatively unscathed.

          The best, most accurate summary of the fight I've seen in the media:

          //www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCVhyrgWSBY&feature=********

          Watch it until the end.

            I gotta ask you guys that say who wants to see a runner something. Knowing what kind of fighter Mayweather is, why did you guys order the fight? Like i said before, the world knows that Mayweather is a defensive fighter or runner like some of you guys say so what did you expect? I tell you what you guys expected, to see the great Manny who you guys thought was the only one capable of chasing down a running Floyd. Why did you guys think that? Well maybe because you heard it from Roach and Manny themselves. Didn't they talk about how they were sure Floyd would run and that they had a game plan for that running? Mayweather gave what he always gives and the only person that broke their promise was Manny and its a damn shame you guys aren't holding him accountable because he screwed you guys over not Floyd.

              Very well written article.

              The undisputed best of his generation. He will be missed when he's gone.

                Until Khan does something to earn a fight with Floyd, why should he be chosen as Floyd's last opponent? So far, Khan has fought all of two fights as a welterweight, and his next fight is against Algieri, who may or may not be let out of his cage for this bout.

                    vinny, you are obviously just a silly butt-hurt pacstain.....

                    Thurman cannot match Floyds ring generalship, and neither can Lara.

                      Is that what you just said in that post ?
