I am a Pacman fan but his reaction after his loss from Floyd was not appropriate. He sounded like a sore loser and classless. I hope he'll realized and accept it like a real man. Cannot believe he thought he won the fight. Roach may be thinking same thing coz there was no urgency.

I mean, I believe him. He barely threw that right. And most of all, he didn't use it as a jab to finish his combos, like Cotto or anyone who wants to be succesful against Mayweather has to do.

I don't think its an excuse, but I also don't think it would;ve made a huge difference. This Mayweather that was more aggressive with his right overhand, was very very impressive.

Manny lost and it would be in his best interest to retract these statements because they are being revealed to be false. Pacquiao looked like a frustrated and beaten man before the 12th round. No rematch because it would not sell at all because people already know and seen Mayweather handily beat Pacquiao AND we all know the Mayweather fights better the second time against the same opponent. Manny has no chance... time for everyone to move on.

First it's "I feel I won the fight."

Then it's "I lost because I was injured, doe."

It's a shame Pacquiao didn't have the opportunity to spend time with Warren Buffett, who once famously said, "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently."

Manny has done more harm to his legacy following his loss to Floyd than he did getting outclassed in the ring. If he had been gracious in defeat and praised Mayweather's performance, as Mayweather praised Pacquiao's toughness, he would have cemented his reputation as one of the sport's most humble competitors.

The good news for Manny is that he'll clearly do very well as a politician. Being able to make cringeworthy excuses, and stick to them no matter what, is one of the keys to success as a politician. He seems to have that down.
