no he didn't. why would you lie like that? everytime pac came in to throw a combo it was duck below the waist? what was pac supposed to do? traditional punches can't land on an opponent doing that hence they are illegal. i think floyd studied the bradley tape and realized bradley had success doing that tactic so he just did it more and ta-da!
