    A lot of money is coming down with the Las Vegas sportsbooks for WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao to win his unification mega-fight with WBC/WBA champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.

    One person who is not betting on Pacquiao to win is WBA 'regular' welterweight champion Keith Thurman, who tabs Mayweather to pull off the victory on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

    Thurman will technically become the mandatory challenger, under the WBA, to the winner. He plans to return in June or July and hopes to get the winner or loser in the near future.

    That definetely is the motto. This fight seems to be changing things. Hahahaha, gonna be an interesting weekend.

      Let's just say that I've been betting on Floyd for about his last 10 or so fights and this Pac-Man fight is no different. I agree with Thurman, it's been the safest bet in sports for years. He'd have to be fighting GGG at 160 for me not bet on him.

            Mosley, the guy who Pac fought TWO YEARS later

            At least Mayweather doesnt fight C-level 140-lb'ers.

              The JMM that Floyd had jump up two weight divisions, the Canelo that he drained or the Maidana that had to let Floyd choose his gloves? See, anyone can play "that" game.

                Thurmans stance is to never bet against Mayweather UNLESS he's fighting him. THEN we should forget he ever said any of this...
