Manny's not knocking guys out because they're not giving him the opportunity to knock them out. Since Cotto no one without a granite chin walks towards him any more. Mosley, Bradley, and Marquez in the third fight all got on their bikes.
No, its the 2nd greatest !

The very greatest load of horse**** ever, is when fans agree

Hopefully each fighter will bring out the best in the other fighter.

That's the bottom line. That's what we wanna see -- Mayweather sharper than ever; Pacquaio more ready to force engagement than ever.

              Yes, this.

It's true. Even the best of opponents have ALL taken to running away from Pacquaio.

Haters are clueless when they ask, "Why doesn't he still knock people out??" The answer is obvious. Even Cotto ran away from Pacquaio when he realized the speed was way, way, way too much for him.

                Agreed......

IDK, killer instinct and all that aside...it's been one of the better comebacks I've seen after such a devastating KO.

Not so sure that his chin has been tested since then (will be against Floyd), but I think we've seen him get progressively closer and closer to each fighter during this comeback. Basically you've got to draw a line separating pre KO and post KO, it's a different part of his career now.

He stayed on the outside against Rios, but had to up his attack against Bradley II in order to change the decision from the first fight. I thought he stayed in there and threw extended combinations against Tim - it wasn't the flurry and get out like against Rios. Against Algieri, he stepped up a little more. Now, I expected to see a TKO against Algieri - i wasn't going to be much impressed otherwise...but getting 6 knockdowns was a nice sign for him. The referee thought about stopping it so Manny did get pretty close to the TKO....I'll leave it up to you all if you think 6 knockdowns and a 14 point blowout will suffice as evidence that this trend is continuing

Anyway, he seems to be in an alright state mentally in coming back from the KO. I'm trying to think of some other good fighters who have rebounded like this from a big KO at this age
