I don't see Danny being a champ at 147 against the top guys especially the one's with power. I told myself last night if Peterson had come hard at Garcia from Rd 3 on and just walked through his punches, went hard to the body and head he would have stopped Danny, No question. He doesn't have the power at 147 and is too flatfooted and hittable. I see him being a top guy but not elite at 147.(He has not made the 40 limit in over a year and who has he stopped since?)

If Haymon is done with Maidana then you'll see Danny fight him. I feel like Broner may be making his way to ESPN fights--so I fully expect Danny to fight him and beat him.

Maidana is taylor made for Garcia, he will be there to hit from round one when Gacia is his strongest. Bronner is a much harder fight for Garcia. IMO

both guys are tailor made for each other, garcia will be there to hit also. maidana feasts on opponents like this. remember people said the same thing, broner will just stand and counter chino all day doe. how'd that turn out? what we don't know is how well danny will be able to take a punch from a powerful welterweight and how he handles the unorthodox pressure. we'll know when we see it.

Its funny how you have no other way argue against the ass beating that garcia would recieve at the hands of maidana,other than bring up a completely different fighter. Thurman-maidana is a 50/50 fight,but both put danny boy to sleep,and end the gift that keeps on giving.
