            Because they only need to take one vial and split it into an A and B sample. They took 4 vials doe, most likely at Floyd's discretion too.

                Does seem very su****ious they're taking so much blood. I cane only come to two conclusions based on this article, either Manny's camp is lying or the USADA is purposely trying to drain Manny.

                Another odd thing is that there's no report of Floyd testing and there hasn't been any reports of him testing ever since the Mosley fight.

                      Dnt they need to take a few vials so they have a consistent reading? I'm pretty sure they take four or more when I do blood work.
