According to TASS, the champion is planning to enhance his team with a new coach.
“I’ll still work with John (David Jackson) but I’d like to add another specialist to the squad”, said Kovalev. “Right now I’m winning on my character and desire alone. I need to increase my technical arsenal. I’m still calling for my first coach, Vladimir Victorovich Roschenko, but he has a heart condition and other health issues. He has given so much to me in my amateur days. He still helps with good advice nowadays”.
