The war of words continues to play out between the two camps. Floyd Mayweather Sr., father and head trainer of WBC/WBA welterweight and junior middleweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., feels Manny Pacquiao's head trainer, Freddie Roach, is very worried about their upcoming fight on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Roach, in several interviews, has stated that Mayweather Sr. is an ailment to Floyd's corner because he stutters too much when excited and can't properly explain instructions. Roach sees brother Roger Mayweather as being the better trainer of the two. Due to health issues, Roger is not working Floyd's corner as head trainer.
