HAHAHA @Arum wasting money to steal Cottos opponent! Bob, Bob, Bob..... you should know never let passion get in the way of your senses. All this shows is that you are highly stressed about Cotto and you will be dead very soon which means Cotto and Boxing wins.

So now, he is forced to move up in weight. He is now very limited. There is no shame in losing to Pacquioa, who is an all time great. But by moving up in weight, he will be taking losses to much lesser fighters simply because he lacks size and power. I think Tim was fighting for legacy when he 1st faced Manny, now he is strictly fighting for pay days.

If he would stay down at 147 and fight those guys, he has a very good chance at being the top guy at that weight. He has the skills, experience, and speed to beat guys like Thurman, Maidana, Guerrero, Brook, Porter, and Khan. With that type of resume, he would be a first ballot hall of famer. But, what does a win vs Bundrage truly mean??? Then where does he go after that??? I'm happy for him and his family. He has made great money fighting under TR, but his legacy will never reach its full potential fighting under their banner.
Great post man, I agree that Top Rank has been a detriment to his career. They have done a piss poor job with him. Also, firing Cameron Dunkin and hiring his wife as his manager was a moronic move. I'm still hopeful that he can put together a Hall worthy career before it's all said and done.

Top Rank has paid Bradley: 5 million for Pac 1
            6 million for Pac 2
            4 million for JMM
            2 million for Provo
            2 million for Chaves

All those millions for a guy who can't draw. I'm sure many fighters would line up to have their career 'ruined' by Arum like Timmy has.

Unreal the garbage that gets spewed on these boards.

Yea Bradley v Rios sounds like an entertaining fight to me. Tim is too small frame wise and has too little power (which I believe is due to improper technique when he punches) to be at 154. I would be willing to bet that K9 hits harder than Prov, just due to size, so Tim should consider the health risks too. I could tell when Pac beat Margs that Pac was hurting a lot after the fight. The heavy shots from a bigger guy take a toll on the body. It may be too late in his career but Tim should hook up with one of the trainers of these Eastern Bloc fighters. They have power because they are taught to throw power punches with great form. Tim's hooks to the body have better form but he doesn't get his body behind the head shots. The great trainers of the past could craft a fighting style for a fighter that matched his particular body type and dimensions. It makes me scratch my head when i see short, fast kinda stocky guys with short arms trying to box from way outside like Gary Russell and Tim. With their speed and short arms, a Tyson like style would suit them. Short arms means short hooks and uppers, and with their foot speed they can be in, out and around a guy in a flash.

If you are going to reply to something you should actually read it. No one disputes that Top Rank has taken care of him financially.

Waste of money if they're trying to steal him away. Don't bother, let k9 get his payday with cotto and let roc nation eat the cost
