Wada is the standard of testing worldwide that vada and usada uses basically rules and guidelines we don't know if vada ever tested manny for fights he used them for but we know usada has tested him because his camp released video of it

This is what is strange to me. Its seeming like Garcia and Rios were right VADA never tested Pacquiao. We know usada did and we've seen them get Floyd. Usada is world recognized VADA just got on the scene and uses a known felon Conte.

I guarantee you they are draining a lot of blood from Pacquiao to have him drained and dizzy come fight night. AND Pac IS STILL going to overcome that and destroy floyd. Mark my words. And I guarantee floyd will only be "tested" once and only a bit of blood will be drawn for the cameras. gotta thanks marquez for this fight. when he put manny in a coma he made him re consider his stance about testing. it wasn't moonves, it was pacquiao being sent to the moon that made this fight.
