Notice how when Manny was negotiation the fight this time and said he put a 5Mil dollar penalty clause for whoever fails a test, Mayweather accepted it without question.

I have a problem seeing Fliyd being implied as a cheat when Manny was the only one making excuses not to take them. Only JACK ASSES would accuse a man who offered to submit himself to tests and cosign a guy who didn't want to take them.
Manny is making more money, thank to the American public coughing up $100 PPV, back in 2010 it would have only been $70.

And from June 2010 all testing was agreed. Floyd had a list of other excuses up his sleeve though

True. So are you suggesting that Manny Pacquiao walked from the biggest fight of modern times because of hurt feelings? That is not the kind of diva-like behaviour I'd expect from the humble people's champion. Also, what debunks this theory is that Pacquiao's team actually agreed first, then walked because they wanted to know when the testing would end (due to a perceived experience against Morales), making the "random" part useless.

Again, I ask if anyone would support Pacquiao walking from this fight over testing?

if there is such a thing called hypocrisy this is it.

and to justify Floyd's demand on drug testing, well Pac demanded fine for overweight.

Pac has never cheated at the weight before Floyd has.

Pac has never tested positive before and so is Floyd that was the equal footing.

Testament to all of Floyd fans being genius

"The A side thing is just another excuse Pac fans invented to justify his refusal."

You dont know your god as well as you think you do.

Manny has come into fights overweight before.

Im sorry to break the news to you like this son.

So you are basically excusing Pacquiao for walking away from the fight in 09 because he was a psychic knowing that the fight would go from $70 to $100 on PPV after 5 years? So Floyd had excuses in 2010 but the fight was supposed to be signed in 2009 right? Who had the excuse then?

Floyd brought up that bogus blood testing, at the 11th hour once everything was agreed to put a halt to the fight. Because he knew Pac had issues with giving blood.

Pac, still agreed but Floyd didn't want it.

Sorry, but not true. The testing was known about all along. It was agreed to then balked on. Does Pacquiao still have problems giving blood?

                Right.

Because before Floyd, USADA didnt have random blood tests in their protocol.

So floyd does use xylocaine, a drug that is not natural and enhances floyd's performance by numbing his hands.

I think he's been televised using it (although I can't certain). If it's on a banned substance list and he's caught out by testing, then he deserves everything that comes of it.

You are wrong bruh.... That request was already out there before they seriously sat at the table. Even Roach said that and they had no problem with it only to back slide.
