Forget Adonis....Beterbiev already owned Kovalev TWICE !

Hell , he even defeated Kubrat Pulev ( who's 6 ft 4˝ tall , only Klitschko managed to beat him in the pros)...Kovalev already lost twice against Beterbiev.

Beterbiev is a killer. I'd love to see him fight Kova next year

        Thread title is a lie.

Beterbiev has just ONE decision win over Kovalev in the amateurs. Sergey says he was robbed.

"2007 Russian Championships Bronze Medalist at Light Heavyweight, losing to Artur Beterbiev"

"Beterbiev was a decorated amateur, twice competing for the Russian Olympic team, in 2008 and 2012, before turning pro the following year. He also captured a gold medal at the 2009 world amateur championships.

Interestingly, he twice defeated Kovalev as an amateur — something that undoubtedly will be raised should they ever meet as pros."

                  Post your source.

Look up the scorecard for the ONE decision win Beterbiev had over Kovalev - it was a close fight.
