Pacquiao has agreed to have his blood tested three times: in early January, when the fight was expected to be announced, 30 days before the fight and immediately after it. He also agreed to random urine testing.

But Travis Tygart (Chief Executive of USADA) said the 30-day window would still allow an athlete plenty of time to dope with illegal substances not detectable by urine testing.

“That kind of window is totally unacceptable,?Tygart said. “It would provide a huge loophole for a cheater to step through and get away with cheating.?br />
Pacquiao’s camp said he had a problem with giving blood. Ellerbe then wondered why Pacquiao had tattoos if he has an aversion to needles. Arum said the issue was with the blood, not the needles. (December 2009)

Floyd used that as an excuse to not fight Manny. You were OK with that I presume?

Floyd said even in current interviews that Manny is not the same without Ariza and has said that Ariza has been a PEDs dealer for Manny and others(everyone he trains).

So now Ariza is with Floyd and Memo is also hanging around the gym. Taking into consideration that Floyd says that Ariza's fighters are cheats, did you all of a sudden stop believing Floyd?

Yeah right, they can never believe that. It HAS to be Floyd's fault Manny ran from testing else their last five years just crumble apart. This whole USADA/VADA paradigm was their last straw to grasp at.

I applaud both men for stepping up and making it happen. Honestly speaking though.... Pacquiao fans on boxingscene should be ashamed really. You guys sat at your desk tops and cell phones for years talking about how Floyd was scared to fight Manny because he wanted them to get tested but not once getting mad at Manny for making such a big deal at not taking the tests and making the damn fight. What kind of "boxing fans" are you? I mean seriously.

We have been going on back and forth for years about something that could have been already. I guess no time like the present but you guys have the audacity to bash Mayweather and criticize USADA but not Manny for his actions of making a big ruckus about something that was so simple to do. Now Floyd is the PED cheat? Dude was always down to get tested. The only thing I learn about the Pacquiao posters on here is that you guys are not for the sport but for one fighter and a promoter. Just want to be right to cosign your guy(s) ok, I get it.

You guys love your fighter but to cosign false, excuses and lies just to try to make yourselves right? No Woman, man, athlete, rapper, actor, actress or hate would EVER make me turn my back on reality.
