His last fight is going to be himself in 2017, Errol Spence Jr.

If he convincingly beats Pac there's a strong chance he retires. If he loses there's a trilogy.

I think when he beats Pacquaio in May 2015. There will be no rematch. Floyd could retire then but he would get sued for hundreds of millions by CBS for breach of contract.

I believe he will fight in September 2015 against either Cotto at 155 catchweight for the MW title. Or unify the WW division against Kell Brook.
This is the last fight he in under contract to honor. He says he will retire

However It is possible that he could fight one last time to attempt the new record of 50 - 0. May 2016 he could go for Garcia, Khan Brook or someone else.

probably bull**** but there are some TMT gym guys that've been on record saying Floyd wants to fight GGG for his last fight

                Mayweather-Malignaggi: Pillows & Feathers

Paulie is going to come out of retirment with a statement win over Mayweather conqueror Paul Spadafora. Then he will avenge his loss to Porter with renewed focus. Next he will dispatch of the Khan/Brook winner and line up the fight he was destined for. Mayweather September 2017. He wins and ends Mayweather's undefeated streak and becomes the superstar of the sport and P4P #1. It will be a short lived run though. He rematches Broner and loses. Broner becomes the best and never loses again, winning titles in 10 weight classes and solidifying himself as the best ever with a win at heavyweight against Deontay Wilder (who cleaned house and dominated during Broner's ascent through every weight class).

Will be based on how certain things shake out:

                    -how Mayweather-Pacquiao goes May 2

-what the WBC does about Cotto having their 160 belt (he wins June 6)
-how the believed Brook-Khan fight ends up going in June [June 13]
-how Danny "Swift" Garcia looks in the Peterson fight [April 11]
-if Thurman-Maidana happens in June, and how does Thurman look in that fight [June 20]

Personally, I see Mayweather winning going away (10-2 or 11-1, after the first 3-4 rounds being competitive and Mayweather taking over after that); there'd be no interest in seeing that again.

Once that'd happen, it'd come down to finding the next biggest fight. Ideally, it'd be Mayweather-Alvarez 2 @154 (Canelo's won three straight, against meaningful fighters, his body has had two more years to develop, and it'd draw massive interest again from the Mexican/Mexican Amercan fanbases); Oscar making the move that he did, likely makes that a longshot.

Next, you look at middleweight champion, Miguel Cotto, who fights a stay busy June 6; however, if the WBC forces the Golovkin mandatory (likely compelling him to vacate), the fight loses it's luster; Cotto-Alvarez, likely in October/November, wherever they can generate the most money.

With those options moot, you settle on the best welterweight fight that you can make; Danny Garcia impressing in April, on national TV, throws his name into the mix. Basically down to two other fights then; if Thurman wins, he gets thrown into the mix, and the other slot goes to the winner of Brook-Khan.

Doubt that Floyd fights beyond the end of his Showtime deal, for the simple fact that I don't see anyone putting up the guaranteed money needed to secure him for a fight with no other real megafights to look forward to.
