During the fight, Thurman suffered a huge hematoma on the left side of his forehead after a clash of heads. Thurman started feeling sick in the back and was taken over to the hospital to make sure he wasn't suffering from a concussion. Thurman's camp also suspected that he may have suffered a fracture around his left eye but there was no confirmation at the present of that injury.
