This is false. There's been better pure athletes than Floyd in the sport since Jones. Heck Judah was more athletic than him and probably even Ortiz(For all the problems they have mentally). From how they fight I would even say Pacquiao is more athletic. There is no one in the sport that can mix the athletic tangibles(Maybe not at the top, but nearly) with the boxing skill intangibles

Maybe youve never seen #48 try to play basketball, my son at 11 would've skunked pac, Pac is athletic for an asian, and that aint saying ****. Lets see, Pac is two to ten times faster and hits harder than Maidana, its the POP, the twist of the knuckles, turning the punch over, the snap from Pac with blinding speed Jr has never seen that will do little Jr in for good.

If those are your standards you just might get a chance to celebrate again if Pacquiao is able to achieve the same level of "success". But don't count on it. There is nothing comparable about Maidana and Pacquiao. Maidana being able to land one punch is no indication of what Pacquiao will or won't be able to do. Maidana is an awkward, wild and dirty fighter that will do anything, legal or otherwise, in the ring. Pacquiao is a quick Dynamo that fights clean. He won't be able to the things fighting clean that Maidana is able to do being a dirty fighter. Pacquiao is faster that Maidana but he certainly doesn't have more punching power. Maidana has a 90% knockout record. Pacquiao hasn't knocked anyone out in a longtime. Mayweather was cut by a headbutt against Maidana. Every fighter in the history of cuts has complained about their vision when they have a cut that is bleeding into one of their eyes. So what you said about him complaining about not being able to see in the first Maidana fight is par for the course and indicates nothing.

Now let me ask you this, what if the complete opposite happens? Will you be here on the 3rd? I ask because i'm tired of seeing this sort of nonsense. The arguable 1 and 2 fighter of their generation are facing each other and people are acting like one is fighting a bum based on which boxer they dislike. I find this rivalry to rob people of all common sense. Again no other active fighter or fighter either man has faced has had as many big fights or as many championship rounds on their resume.
