but remember floyd is also old like pac.
i'll take old pac's stamina over old floyd's.
floyd is more use to cruising. if he tries to keep pace with pac, that might not be good for him.
this fight will be decided by pace and range.
a high pace at mid range, favors pac.
a slower pace at long range, favors floyd.

Thanks.
Video is a bit weird because it seems the voices are scrambled.
Check out the shadowboxing at 6:15
In the thread, someone thinks this was before the Rios fight, and some people think this is sped up... I'm not sure. So view it with that in mind.
Watching it again, it does look sped up.

"WHY DON'T YOU GO BET ON SOMETHING!?" Talk about weak.
I'll tell you what I'm gonna do if Mayweather wins. I'm gonna walk to the cashier at the Bellagio and cash a betting slip. And you're going to log onto boxingscene and post a thousand "I told you so's". Like you're the only one in the history of boxing predictions that thought Floyd would win by keeping distance.
But chew on this...
You knew that I'm a sportsbettor without me even addressing it. Do you know what I knew about you, before you so ignorantly suggested that you didn't want to "give away your blueprint", because you thought Mayweather would find it?
....not a goddamn thing.
Nobody gives a **** what you do grandpa. Get that through your head before you write me another 3 paragraphs nobody wants to read.

I must be a grandpa, because you act like a fucking 5 year old.
I won't address you again. Continue your obsession with me.

the winky wright type, high guard long jab game plan COULD work too but i think it helps pac.
pac is a mid range fighter.
you walk him down even winky style, he'll step up to his preferred mid range.
you let pac initiate, you still keep him at end of your jab and when he does get mid range, floyd step up to close range and beat pac infighting or minimum clinch to reset. bhop style.
walking pac down MIGHT work but more advantageous to let pac initiate.
floyd strength is his patience, pac weakness is he gets impatient then reckless.
walking pac down should plan c or d.

Pac is a mid range fighter but you have to factor in the disparity in reach between the two. Mayweather is excellent and maintaining a distance advantageous to him. The key to walking Pacquiao down is that he'll keep that distance using the jab. Erik Morales used that very well.
Also, you can be patient and walk a fighter down. In fact, to walk a southpaw down...you need patience!
Finally, this isn't about who initiates first...it's about walking a fighter down. Floyd isn't going to start the fight on the attack. He'll box early on. When Manny starts to extend himself a bit, Floyd is going to apply steady pressure.
Tua -- you know it yourself! Look at your last post: Trinidad-Hopkins. That's the plan.
