He wasn't a founder, he was an adviser in the early days. Much the same way the FBI former hackers to catch the current one. It is always good to have the criminals perspective.

USADA and VADA exist in boxing because it is a sport, not a league. Baseball doesn't have drug testing, the MLB does. Basketball doesn't have drug testing, the NBA does. Etc.
