Miles above him?? You sound unrealistic and a fanboy. Manny is an A Level fighter, PERIOD. So, how is Floyd "miles" above him? Who do you think Floyd is? A boxing god? He's not. He has weaknesses as well. Manny is taking his "0", on May 2nd.

don't think theres any doubt that he will land his right hand but I rarely see pacquiao in clinches maybe because of his sytle and strength. I think Floyd is not strong enough at his age to stand there with manny and will have to be smart, land his right hand and keep moving. Marquez and Bradley were both strong and don't mind taking a shot, mayweathers right hands will be quick and get out, bradleys and marquez had a lot more power behind them so manny will probably be walking down mayweather the whole fight and mayweather will still be under a lot of pressure. I think mayweather will take some big shots mid fight and towards the end and I think its gonna be close

So why did Floyd not want one?
They don't need one and not enough time for a cross country tour. 5 years of promotion is enough. Espinoza talked about it weeks ago

            Pac ain't winning this

floyd's jab won't mean much against pac, pac has shown to counter the jab many times. using a jab against pac is almost a non issue now. also being slightly bigger than pac means nothing. pac busts up guys whether they're 5 inches taller than him or the same height.

            pac has:

            - super quick devastating straight left
            - more power
            - quicker movement
            - quicker combination puncher
            - throws from weird angles (harder to anticipate his attacks)
            - bigger heart (not a coward health first like fraud mayweather)

floyd will have to be more active if he wants to beat pac because pac will completely outwork him and out land him with his quick left hand and awkward combinations. but floyd has slowed down now and is more health first than ever.

With all do respect to Manny, the ONLY advantage he has going into this fight is his high work-rate/punch output. If he can throw 2x-3x as many punches than Floyd per round for the ENTIRE fight then he has a shot.
The problem with that strategy though is Floyd's incredible counter punching abilities and his HARD straight left & rights to the body which slow down fighters.

For reference, in Mayweather/Maidana I, Maidana threw twice as many punches (858) as Floyd (426) yet incredibly landed 9 fewer punches:

I can't think of a single way for Manny to win and haven't heard any logical reasons from anyone else on how he will win.

Hahaha. Oscar is one of my all-time favorites, as well. Noone can ruff Manny up on the inside because of his great legs. Floyd will not be any different. That is why he beat Rios's face off and would've done the same to Maidana. He would've really rearranged Maidana's face. Smh. Floyd is in trouble, here.

Floyd will throw the right, and follow the punch in crowding Pacquiao, to stop him throwing punches.

He will want a ref that will allow him to land and grab and to split the action quick so he can reset and won't have to do any inside work

If Floyd wanted it, it would have happened.

                      Floyd did not want it.

I wonder if Floyd still wakes up at night crying after having a nightmare about how Pacquiao beat him.
