Damn shame Manny was too limited to do anything about it.

"To watch Floyd Mayweather box is to witness an elaborate exercise in self-preservation. There's not much passion. There's certainly not much flair. There's just Floyd moving around, doing his best to preserve a rote decision, and preserve the potential rematch, and preserve an unbeaten record that holds more historic value to him that it does anyone else. And yes, his style works, if only in the most cynical sense. Really, it's the perfect boxing strategy for a man who is a documented wife-beater and shtbag: always doing just enough to get away with it"

          "Floyd Mayweather is a near universally agreed-upon villain, and so it was hard to watch him **** around in the ring last night;turning what should have been a big fight into an extended sparring exercise and not think,Hey, that guy beats up women and fights like a fkking coward.***8221;

Harsh, but hard to really argue. Social media is hammering Floyd right now.

Holyfield, Mosely saw it, I did too.

He was the affective aggressor throughout the fight and landed the heavier punches. You can argue Pac was the ring general pushing the action. And winning the heavier relevant punches and Floyd won on jabbing all night.

Jabbing all night vs heavier punches was the story.

There were close rounds that could have scored either way, but the hometown boy got the nod, after all his from Vegas. Watch the fight again, it will change most of your thoughts on the fight.

The swing or close rounds all went to Floyd, give it to Pac this fight is even or even a win for Pac.
Look forward to seeing you on first take tomorrow Skip

The only consistent thing Manny did, was continue to allow himself to be set up, and hit with the same shot over and over again. I felt a little bad for him. Floyd put him exactly where he wanted him, exactly when he wanted to

yup. that's why Pac wasn't throwing. He comes in from one direction and he'll eat a counter right, he tries the other way and he gets a check hook.

Time was precious in this fight.

Floyd's style will eat any fighters time. Pac needed to be cautious.. And when pac coiled and striked he nailed Floyd good.

Time wasn't on pac's side, coz Watching the fight, time was flying so fast. Pac chasing and chasing and running out of time in every stop.

Bayless will break, eats up time and poof next round. The bigger man running all night.

Floyd style just doesn't let his opponents engage and fight, time was fast.. Coz of running and clinching reset running and clinching.

Sorry to tell you guys the truth, but that's what happened. The result is obvious our last big superfightt is a stinker.

Pac might as well be with a real Olympic runner in there.

Actually he wasn't. He was being lured to go in and he didn't bite. Hence, the long tension when he got Floyd off the ropes.

Normally, in the likes of canelo, they will move in ang get tagged. Pac didn't get tagged he knew when to get in. And when he got in, time dwindled coz of his calculated move and when he got in Floyd will hold first then step away to his left and ran.

Rinse repeat. Floyd was setting traps all night, Pac wasn't fooled to going in there. He was smart, but the consequence was him being patient, he lost valuable time.
