Coming from you that's a compliment as an idiots IQ is higher than yours.

And by the way, I was a Danny fan. When you get a gift decision, then fight Salka at a CW, then fight a JWW at a CW again AND you still keep your title... All the while not ducking Lucas....

        Sorry, he's a giant ****ing p*ssy.

They're still going to be putting fights on regular Showtime, which is premium cable, just like HBO.

And frankly, a lot of this reads like it's way for them to advertise for Showtime Boxing and Showtime PPV than anything else...which, considering how much Showtime Boxing lags behind HBO in ratings, makes some sense.

This all sounds terrific, the question that will need to be answered is, will the match ups be competitive when only ONE promoter controls the content?
CBS, SHO, Espinosa kissin A.H. butt?
            Sad to say the least

What I mean is that it is good for some of these boxers with the no fan base to receive some much needed mainstream exposure in targeting a much broader audience (the casual fan) than what they are normally accustomed to.

One guy does control all the talent, Haymon. Why hasn't there been a quality fight on Showtime in over a year then?

still too early for me to hate or love this new haymon system. but I will watch the boxing for sure. if these dudes are going to fight 3-4 times a year instead of the 2 fights now, then go ahead put on a showcase fight or two. but at the same time, too much of something can also be a bad thing.

looked like was protecting most of his top guys last year before he unleashed this plan of his. That doesn't mean he gets a pass but its understandable at least
