    Earlier, Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum denied reports of a "done deal" for a welterweight mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao, which is targeted for May 2nd at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.

    Arum, who promotes Pacquiao, told the Las Vegas Review Journal - “I’m very optimistic. We’re waiting to hear from Floyd. But from everyone’s perspective, it needs to get resolved this week. You have to start planning things, and there’s a lot that has to be done.”

              SHO and Floyd have always been negative during this negotiation

              Its obvious they don't want the fight to happen and its easy to understand why.

              SHO would look like huge idiots and lose all credibility when Pacquiao hatton's him.

                  they're obviously jumping out and ending the smear campaign that bob is trying to start again while still negotiating...showtime said the fight only happens if show and floyd get their way..thats respectable they are the a side..arum and hbo cant argue at the table so they might begin to argue with pressure from the fans again

                    more like airing out attempts to jump dodge bob's blind shot bullets..end the madness before it starts...last month the fight was done and u all believed it bc bob said not he's lied to you and espinoza's the problem?? stop it

                    he's not saying he disagrees with bob's statement..he is just saying manny lied to the pinoy media yesterday
