I think ur missing the point. It's bc mayweather is trying to make it look like he made the fight. Then announce Cotto 2, and say I really want to fight pac, but not with Arum involved.

Pac should've agreed to steroid testing, but that said may would've had another excuse - their is always another excuse with him.
