i actually think arum wants this fight to happen, as crazy as that sounds

a few years ago I think Top Rank wanted to hold off, remember the count down clock?

now that there's none of that ****, i think it's either the networks or floyd's side holding it up

The story only changes on arums part to be honest one min it's close next min it's bout to explode and has end of month deadline next no hard deadline bob just gets too emotionally but I think it gets done and announced around floyd BDAY then start maybe a 8-10 city tour in 12 days still have time for 8 week camp and everything

If they agreed upon the gloves obviously, 100% Floyd is forcing Pac to wear the foam pillow gloves. That is just common sense. If he did it to Maidana, why in the hell would he not to Pac?

Remember Floyd claims they are unsafe. If they are unsafe on Maidana, they sure as hell are unsafe on Pac. There was a small chance that Pac would refuse and Floyd still wanting a paycheck would accept, but this is obviously not the case.

I guess it is inevitable. Floyd is not going to fight anyone ever again, without forcing them to wear the gloves of his choice. PAC is the one that wants the fight, obviously, but I guess he is willing to accept the massive money for guaranteeing a loss. I wish PAC wasn't this nice. The dude is too nice, too meek. Polar opposite of Floyd.

              What's the big deal?
The precedent has been sent; when HBO leveraged Showtime out of ever being affiliated with Tyson-Lewis, they set the stage for Showtime to want to leverage them out of ever being affiliated with Mayweather-Pacquiao.

HBO having no confidence in Pacquiao's ability to deliver isn't something that Showtime/CBS should concern themselves with.

Another person making up a fake controversy over the gloves. There is nothing that validates what you're saying.

The gloves were agreed upon by both which means there were no problems. You don't even know what brand the gloves are.

                Stop lying.
