War Jr.! Dont back down from that snake. It's no coincidence, that Oscar left him for his crooked ways, and Floyd left him, Mikey Garcia is in dispute with him too. The guy is a snake and his track record proves as much.

Sounds like that was posted by either Bob Arums wife, or a Top Rank employee.

I'm sure if Arum had any form of a case Jr. Would not risk it to go forward. He and his lawyers obviously feel they have solid ground to continue.

How quickly do we bite the hand that feeds us?...

In all honesty, outside of his name, this young man had zero chance at a successful career at this level without TR. It was Arum who carefully crafted him, through strategic match making and great promotion, into an actual legit attraction. With that said... I'll have to side with the old man on this one.

It might be even funnier if it goes ahead and he loses to Fonfara.

I agree with most of what you said. Promoters invest way more into a prospect than they get in return the first few years. It's usually not a problem when a fighter is nothing more than a contender & the cost is being fronted by the promoter. It's when they start to make good money & the promoter wants to make a return on investment when things go south. I can see both sides, if I were a fighter I would want to maximize my earnings as well. Tough to just tell a fighter to stay loyal just because. Anyways, good luck in arbitration Junior.

How would you rate Ramirez if he wasnt with Top Rank?

What the hell does Aurm's law degree and his experience have to do with whether or not he has a legitimate contract with Chavez Jr for one more fight?

That he probably knows more about laws a contracts due to his education, rather rather than some overhyped bum, who's living off of his fathers name, and showed up stoned,to the biggest fight of his career.

I call BS, Arum would have already taken this fool to court and I doubt wed hear about Fonfara vs Chavez Jr or let them negotiate a potential with Froch and now a fight with Fonfara.

They gon pay that man to leave Jnr alone
