Obviously no contracts have been drafted. The negotiations are still going on and I havent heard anybody report the networks have made a deal. Oscar is the 3rd most popular boxer ever after Manny and Floyd, is one of 5 people to fight them both, had mayweather under contract and promoted all his fights up to and including his last fight after Floyd left top rank, had pacquiao under contract albeit illegally, and also fought for top rank most of his career himself, also just Mended relations with bob arum which is good for boxing, and he has nothing to do with this fight at all? He wont be making anything off of it but from a historical standpoint he has alot to do with this fight and his opinion is more important than almost anyone else's when it comes to this fight

The only thing left Is for Floyd as the A side have lawyers draw up a contract which he has yet to do which is a clear sign he is considering not fighting pacquiao.
