Thurman at times his very reckless himself, got caught with clean shots from RG who can't crack an egg at 147. Maidana would be the underdog but him hurting and dropping Thurman isn't out the realms of possibility.

Yeah, it's a tough match-up for sure. Thurman could make it easier if he copied Floyd in the second fight and clinched/held but he doesn't have the IQ yet.

That's the thing tho...we are talking about a guy who might be 155-158 on fight night against a guy who is 162-164 on fight night. IMO, a pound or so is reasonable but when you are talking almost a full weight class post-hydration, that is pretty huge gap to overcome.

Thurman can make 147 on weigh in night so I can't complain so much but he is a big ass WW...I had no idea he was re-hydrating that much. He should be fighting at 154, which I feel will happen soon but that is when I feel we will truly see what he is made of and what he can truly take.

He's reckless when he forces the fight. But when he's on the backfoot against an aggressor, not taking many risks, I think he's good.

Don't let the last couple rounds of tonight fool you, Thurman punched himself out after the KD, he usually deals well with pressure. He will learn from that.

I would be 65-35 in favour of Thurman if the fight happened.

Like I said, Thurman doesn't usually rehydrate above 157 (he was 153 against Bundu), it was a part of his gameplan tonight to put on some extra weight. I had a feeling he would hold his ground more tonight after he weighed in at 147 on the dot yesterday, he usually comes in about a pound under. Bradley walks around heavier than Keith.

I don't see Thurman doing too well at 154, his power won't be the same and he would get outboxed by the likes of Lara and Andrade.

Bradley can't crack an egg at 147, Thurman brings the heat. He didn't need the extra weight against RG.......he tried to cheat my boy, why did it have to be like that? Damn shame I tell ya, damn shame.....

Thurman is only getting better. I think good fights from here on out would be:

                  Marquez
                  Bradley
                  Brook
                  Khan
                  Porter
                  Maidana

I would have but BoxNation, the broadcaster here in Ireland/UK, only showed Broner/Molina, Thurman/Guerrerro and the Mares fight.

On Twitter it says he won by 4th round KO. He appearently got dropped in the first fight.

                      lol

I'm a fan of Guerrero now that Keith got that W over him on the resume. I will support Robert from here onwards.

                      WAR GUERRERO!
