Floyd is right though, Pac doesn't deserve an even split with Floyd at all. No one does and Pac's recent losses have made sure of that too. If he'd taken the fight when it was on the table a few years ago, with the drug testing, at that point I could see a 50-50 + winner bonus but right now Pac doesn't even deserve 30%. I'd say Floyd is actually being generous offering 40%.

Even the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Nevada drug testing policy!
But Arum was protecting Pac from being another Mayfeather "broken word" victim as Mayfeather did in the Marquez fight.
Arum protected Pacquiao by stipulating a $1 Million per pound over limit penalty if Mayweather came in heavy like he did against Marquez (4 lbs at weigh in, 20 lbs at fight time). The reason for this is simple...

There was an agreed upon weight Mayweather was to come in at (142lbs) since Marquez was jumping from 130 lbs in 2008 and then fight Mayweather in 2009 (144 limit)
That's a 14 pound difference!!!

So Mayweather countered with "above and beyond Nevada drug testing rules" and insisted on day of fight drawing of blood testing.
Even though Nevada drug testing includes IMMEDIATE AFTER FIGHT TESTING. Mayweather specifically wanted same day drug testing excuse because he knew Pac had an issue with drawing of blood on same day of fight since he experienced weakness/fatigue in the loss to Morales which also had same day drawing of blood test.

SO WHY WOULD PACQUIAO GIVE YET ANOTHER ADVANTAGE TO MAYWEATHER HERE?
Pac is the smaller man coming up in weight to fight Mayweather!
Why would he give him that additional psychological edge?

Problem with your 65/35 Winner split.

So Bradley would have deserved the 65% on that bad decision over Pac in their 1st fight?

Too many bad decisions in the sport for a fighter to make that kind of deal. It would be silly for someone in Floyd's position to take it. 60-40 is fair.
