        Only if he's using PEDs, without PEDs he wouldn't have stood a chance, maybe he would've done well as a lightweight, but not as a welterweight

            No he could not. His best division was LW. Take out Mosleys 32 and 0 with 30 KOs at LW and he's an average fighter over the duration of his career.

                  He'd have a chance since Mayweather and Pacquiao are up there in years. Prime Mosley might be too explosive for them.
