You act like this is new information or even the first time Roach has admitted this. And even with Roach admitting that it was their fault that the fight didn't happen you still blame Mayweather. It just shows that Pacquiao fans have a fundamental problem with the truth.

But lets not forget the cut that was going to take more than 6 months to heal, the special Vegas Stadium that is going to get built by Bob, etc, etc...

That fight timing in 09 couldn't had been better
      Amen my friend...

Of course his health is more important than fighting a guy that refuses to do a drug test. He wanted random drug testing which means that Pacquiao cannot dictate when the tests occur. It has nothing to do with being too close. It's you don't know when they're going to come test you and that's the part Pacquiao had a problem with.

Bob Arum made the blood-testing a big deal because he never did and doesn't want the fight to happen because he'd have to share promotion in a Pacquiao fight which is something he doesn't feel he needs to do because he believes he's above everyone else...

Arum is already saying he's giving the negotiations a few weeks? What's the hurry? Pacquiao has better options like Jesse Vargas in April/June?

Arum is a cancer to boxing, and it'll be a better day when he's dead... Throw Haymon on that list as well... but Haymon actually tried to make Mayweather-Pacquiao... Arum is being facetious and deceptive about making May-Pac
            Damage control.

Nothing new here. Even when team pac admits fault, lets redirect the blame on Floyd anyway. Welcome to boxingscene.

Well I think everyone with a fuctioning brain knows this.

Pacquaio and co turned down and walked away from the first negotiation that's factual. Despite the high amount of people trying to somehow lay the blame on Mayweather for that at he time, years down the line it seems most understand that's obviously not the case.

When even his own trainer Freddie Roach is admitting to that what more evidence do you need?

                  Duh Floyd did sign! Hello

The fight didn't get made because Pacquiao refused to do a drug test. People come on here talking about who Mayweather ducked and he didn't fight certain fighters when he should have, which by definition is talking about the past. But as soon as anyone brings up the fact that Pacquiao ducked and avoided the fight with Mayweather all of the sudden they don't want to talk about or hear about "the past". It's so ridiculously hypocritical that it's hard to believe people actually are willing to behave so shamelessly.

No, you have no reason to believe that Mayweather would have signed the first time around. Sure, Manny effed up, but even if he hadn't it is still possible Floyd would look for another excuse. It could just have been convenient for him that he managed to find a sticking point that could be pinned on Pacquiao.

The evidence since then is that Mayweather has consistently changed his demands every time each request is acquiesced to. The guy gives 101 excuses why not to fight but never a reason to make it. Now he wants up to 90% of the PPV (Pac less than $40mil on a $300mil PPV) just to indicate how unreasonable the guy is.

He wants none of Pacquiao. He never has. We all know why. Pacquiao opponents leave the ring bust up and embarrassed. Even the two guys to get the victories left the ring in a wheelchair and with a re-arranged face.
