Anyone??? Will Pascal put up a fight or crumble once he feels the power?

No announcement yet.
Does anyone give Pascal a chance against Kovalev?

Absolutely none. If a Bute that let his hands go in the final rounds troubled Pascal, then Kovalev will drop him at-least twice.

He has Roy Jones in his corner, and the crowd will be on his side. The Canadian officials will be there for him as well.
And Pascal's a quick, crafty, well-rounded boxer. He's actually a more difficult challenge for Kovalev than the limited Stevenson with his big left hand but not much else.Last edited by The Hammer; 12-23-2014, 09:32 AM.

I agree with this totally. Pascal is a live dog in this. He might be able to get something done early. If he cannot, it is going to be very hard for him to see the 12th though. He might only have a 20% chance, but he will go for it anyway.

To answer TS's question, no, I don't think he has much of a chance. Kovalev is all kinds of wrong for him. I was sort of disappointed when this fight was announced because I think Pascal matches up much better with Stevenson. That would have been an intriguing fight (with Stevenson as the favourite). Kovalev vs Pascal is a foregone conclusion.
