Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum is a bit behind in the latest rhetoric in regards to Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao, which now has Mayweather on the verbal offensive and claiming that he wants to make this fight a reality.

He's not serious about the fight according to ppl yet he goes over espinoza's head.
