I may have issues with some of the things Mayweather has done outside the ring but I do not agree that knocking a fighter down has any bearing on comparisons between Pac and Mayweather. Mayweather is a ring genius who uses his smarts and ability to adjust. He uses his form of science and Pac uses his. What someone finds exciting in one guy or the other is as subjective as art. To each his own. I couldn't give a *** if a fighter scores knockdowns, as long as he is fighting the style that works best for him. Both Pac and Mayweather should be appreciated for how they perform in the ring. Guess I am lucky to appreciate when wicked power is being exchanged in unrelenting brutality just as much as watching a guy shut down another guy and take away his best weapons.
