there are very few opponents on floyd's resume that would count as elite. what makes him an all time great is his ability. he's the best to ever lace them up. he just doesn't have much of a resume to back it up. you've got corralles who was a monster at the time, and hatton who was the lineal undefeated champ at 140 and he boxed jmm's ears off. aisde from those names, the resume is looking thin.

if he had beaten pac at the height of his powers, and if canelo ends up being a legend in his own right, his resume would look really good.

I loved that corrales fight. IMO thats the best floyd has ever looked. Hatton 140 champ, floyd fought him at 147 lbs. Collazo nearly beat hatton also. and jmm was a career lightweight fighting at ww and got cheated on the scales. But TBE TBE TBE
